Summer House+
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Summer House+ Program is intended for players who do not play on a GBN Feeder travel team and wish to extend their Spring House League play into the Summer. The Summer Season runs from mid-June through the first week of August. Teams will play an average of two games, and practice once, per week. Summer House+ teams will represent Northbrook and play in the CSYBA Summer League, an association of house-level (recreational) teams from nearby suburbs, such as Deerfield, Highland Park, Glenview, Vernon Hills, etc. Players will receive a hat, jersey, belt and socks.

BAT RULES: Players may use any bat with a USA Baseball stamp on it (see image below). The USA Baseball stamp was established to certify a “wood-like performance standard for youth baseball bats.” You can read more about it HERE. Players may also use a personal wood bat. Players may not use USSSA or BBCOR bats. (These bat rules apply to the Summer House+ Program. Different rules apply in travel leagues and Spring House League.)
Registration is scheduled to open in late-February (look for notifications).

Don’t Wait! Registration for Summer House+ is only open until April 30th.
